The Coordinator, Housing Operations provides administrative and frontline support for the delivery of student housing services. Working under the direction of the Manager, Housing Operations, the position supports day‑to‑day client service, housing assignments, check‑in/check‑out processes, and front desk operations for UFV’s student housing. The Coordinator performs routine maintenance of housing information systems, prepares standard communications, and processes financial and administrative transactions in accordance with established procedures. The role focuses on implementing approved processes and providing accurate information to students and campus partners to support a student‑ready housing environment that prioritizes service excellence, inclusion, and community support.
