A regional government agency in Iqaluit seeks a Coordinator for Government Research and Reporting. The role involves coordinating applications for various renewable energy programs and providing vital reporting and analytical support. Reporting to the Manager, Alternative and Renewable Energy, the Coordinator, Government Research and Reporting fulfills a critical support role by coordinating applications for Net Metering Program (NMP), Commercial & Institutional Power Producer (CIPP) & Independent Power Producer (IPP). The position is also responsible for providing financial and progress reporting and analytical support encompassing renewable energy reporting metrics.
A combination of education and equivalent experience may be considered.
We offer a competitive starting salary range of $114,161.22 to $133,351.19 and a northern living allowance of $16,328.00 per annum. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a defined‑benefit pension program. In addition, subsidized staff housing is available for this position. This position is included in the Nunavut Employee’s Union.
Preference will be given to Nunavut Inuit.
