YOUR MISSION

The Coordinator will support the Director of Food Offerings & New Technology in managing administrative, operational, and content‑related tasks across both business units. This includes supporting the execution of new city plans, managing digital content and integrations, coordinating signage and supplier logistics, and handling data analysis and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Technology (IP/Zippin) Support:
  • Manage all IP Service Desk requests.
  • Coordinate content updates for show pages (artists, visuals, ticketing, etc.).
  • Add or remove markets on IP systems and update translations for new markets.
  • Track and maintain New City Plans on IP & Ticket pages.
  • Support QA across 15+ IPs for content, navigation, and usability.
  • Monitor Power BI dashboards for performance & maintenance.
  • Support content and data requests from partnerships and assist with integration/visual updates.
  • Prepare UX copy decks for upcoming experiences and new launches.
  • Support the team on research, data analysis, special projects, and presentations.
  • Prepare menus and visuals for Mobile order systems for every market.
  • Signage & Communications Coordination:
  • Manage all signage requests and updates for onsite operations.
  • Coordinate printing and delivery of signage in collaboration with PDI and other vendors.
  • Track and process payables for signage and translation‑related expenses.
  • Supplier & Procurement Administration:
  • Assist in supplier account opening and SAP account creation processes.
  • Support sourcing of food containers, display units, and F&B equipment.
  • Coordinate packaging distribution across international markets.
  • Monitor and coordinate equipment repair requests in collaboration with vendors.
YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE
  • 2+ years of experience in coordination, operations, or admin roles (entertainment, food services, or tech a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with tools like Power BI, Excel, SAP (or willingness to learn).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with internal teams and external vendors.
