Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled, motivated Line Cook to join our team. You’ll be key to delivering high-quality, consistent dishes in a fast-paced, professional kitchen. If you’re passionate about food, thrive under pressure, and want to grow your craft, this role is for you.

The Day to Day
  • Execute prep and service with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station throughout service
  • Follow recipes, plating guidelines, and food safety standards
  • Support mise en place and daily prep to ensure smooth service
  • Communicate effectively with chefs and teammates to keep the line running smoothly
  • Manage inventory using FIFO practices and minimize waste
  • Properly receive, label, and store deliveries
  • Contribute to end-of-shift cleaning and uphold kitchen standards
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant
  • Culinary diploma/degree is an asset
  • Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills
  • Ability to take direction and work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Able to spend 100% of the time standing
  • Valid Food HandlerCertified preferred
  • Available weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
