As Cook II, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality culinary experiences in our kitchen, supporting our commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare, cook, and plate food with consistency and professionalism
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock ordering
- Follow all kitchen policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Understand and execute menu items, daily features, and promotions
- Provide friendly service and collaborate with team members
- Support kitchen operations with additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Role
- At least 1 year of experience in a banquet or restaurant culinary setting
- Culinary Arts diploma or certification is a plus
- Valid Food Safe certification
- Passion for food and service excellence
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented and reliable with good organizational skills
- Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
Physical Requirements
- Constant standing and walking
- Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs or ladders
