Blazing is a catering company in the film and television industry and private events. We are looking for Cooks / Chefs with the versatility to work in our catering kitchen and on our catering truck on location (this is day rate pay). Propping and cooking vegetables and meats, understanding of various cooking techniques. Proficient knife skills, ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to work independently and with a team. Must keep a clean and safe workplace environment, food handlers certificate required.
