Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and draft commercial agreements.
• Support RFP submissions and identify potential risks.
• Conduct reviews of existing contracts for compliance.
• Provide practical counsel on legal matters including IP and employment law.
• Contribute to special projects across the organization.
