A leading dairy company in Woodstock, Ontario, is seeking a Contract Production Associate to assist in slicing, shredding, and packaging cheese. Candidates should have food manufacturing experience, be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and be available to rotate through all shifts. This position offers starting pay at $28.02 an hour with the opportunity for career growth in food manufacturing.
We are looking for a Contract Production Associate to join our team at Woodstock, ONTARIO. This facility is involved in slicing, shredding, and packaging cheese, ensuring high-quality dairy products for our customers.

Schedule is up to 40 hours a week (no guaranteed hours)
This is a 3 month contract position.

Open raw material cheese and ingredients, cut cheese, mix ingredients, and pack finished goods
Complete required documentation accurately and timely
Assist Machine Operator to ensure prompt start-ups
Monitor product, package appearance and package integrity at pack-off station
Use of an electric pallet jack and/or walkie stacker.
Complete scheduled and assigned sanitation tasks
Follow the Standard Operation Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and OHSA
Assist co-workers when necessary
Grade 12 or equivalent
One to two years of food manufacturing experience or similar
Ability to lift at least up to 23 kg/50 lbs and work in a fast paced environment
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with colleagues.
Availability to rotate through all shifts: days, afternoons, and midnights, during the week and on the weekend
