Contract & Compliance Sr Coordinator

About the Role:

As a CBRE Contract and Compliance Sr. Coordinator, you will identify complex cross-segment business opportunities to improve business performance and client service.

This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.

What You’ll Do:
  • Oversee the creation, revision, and routine enforcement of all aspects of the department. Help with the integration and routine oversight of a client's stated requirements.
  • Supporting the development, implementation and management of the Quality Control Program
  • Develop and deliver exceptional service documents and presentations, ensuring they meet client expectations and business standards.
  • Maintain records and relevant contract documents in support of service agreements for the business.
  • Review periodic performance metric reports and present them to internal leaders and client representatives per the service level agreement.
  • Work with subject-matter experts to support course creation, revision, and periodic compliance reviews.
  • Manage the self-inspection process when required by the client. This includes inspection planning, facilitating, reporting, escalations to management, and audit closing reports.
  • Support change, event & root cause investigation processes.
  • Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.
  • Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
  • Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided.
  • Follow standardized procedures and practices and receive regular but moderate supervision and guidance
What You’ll Need:
  • High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
  • An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
  • Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
  • Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
  • General math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
