Temporary position for 17 months

As a Content Integration Specialist, you will play a key role in the go-to-market strategy for Desjardins structured products within the Visibility and Engagement Marketing team. You will be primarily responsible for the integration and quality assurance of content related to these investment solutions, as well as for the evolution and automation of point-of-sale tools. You will actively contribute to showcasing the products by participating in the development and deployment of marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will ensure data reliability and the high quality of all published content.

Responsibilities
  • Managing email and digital marketing campaigns: content writing and integration in Eloqua, B2B campaign segmentation and automation.
  • Ensuring data quality between the CRM and Eloqua to generate qualified leads.
  • Producing reports and analyses on campaign performance and maturities tracking.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (manufacturer, sales, compliance, graphic agency, web team, developers).
  • Distributing content: client templates, financial documents, website publishing and updates on Fd.com.
  • Contributing to marketing initiatives: presentations, visual assets (Adobe Suite), content review and optimization.
  • Optimizing and automating processes as part of a continuous improvement approach.
  • Maintaining the web dashboard, adjusting metrics, and administering Jira.

What you bring to the table
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Office Systems Technology (or equivalent).
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience in a similar role (content integration, automation, quality control, campaign management)
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Experience with Adobe tools and InDesign.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and French, in both oral and written form, due to the nature of the duties.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables).
  • Advanced proficiency in Word (template management and optimization).
  • Knowledge of web environments.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
