Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least 3 years of experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Cleaning or Restoration Technician.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned activities as outlined in daily work orders.
• Conduct on-site inventory of Non-Restorable, Restorable, Questionable, and Unaffected Content Items.
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of work orders.
