The position

Responsibilities

As a Consumer Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Manage consumer-facing campaigns and activity calendarisation for key brands such as Ozempic and Wegovy.
  • Utilise customer segmentation to tailor campaign messaging & channel mix for different demographics.
  • Track and measure KPIs to assess campaign performance
  • Adapt marketing strategies based on consumer analytics, even when they contradict initial plans.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with restrictive or regulated frameworks typical of the industry.
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

Need to have
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in market segmentation and B2C consumer marketing.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
  • A background in a regulated industry (e.g., Banking, Alcohol, Pharma) or a major CPG/FMCG company (e.g., P&G, Danone).
  • Proven experience in KPI analytics, moving beyond metrics like impressions.
  • An analytical and growth mindset with a strong understanding of consumer behaviour.
Nice to have
  • Experience specifically within the Quebec consumer market.
  • Proficiency in French.
