A leading healthcare trust is seeking a Consultant Critical Care Pharmacist to enhance patient outcomes and service development. The role involves specialized pharmacy services, leading research efforts, and collaborating across healthcare sectors. The post holder will be at the forefront of providing specialist pharmacy services, optimising patient outcomes and improving the patient experience. It will be an opportunity to share expertise across the local health economy as well as through national and international networks. This in combination with the undertaking of high impact research & collaboration with Higher Education Institutions paves the way for being seen as a leader in the field of pharmacy.
The successful candidate will already be working, or show commitment to work towards Consultant Pharmacist credentialing as set by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society. This will include finding funding streams to uplift grading of position.

The role aims to create a highly specialised Critical Care Pharmacist with the opportunity to progress to consultant level.
