The Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) is working towards building a healthier India. Project Brief

PHFI, as SR, is implementing the Capacity Building (Central Region) activities and management for the HIV component of GFATM for the period April 2024-March 2027.

Deliverables / Responsibilities
  • Implementing and supporting initiatives under the GFATM Project (SR Activity Management HUB).
  • Online training management, including content development and delivery.
  • LMS administration.
  • Stakeholder engagement.
  • Standards and compliance for quality assurance.
  • Monitoring and evaluation; documentation and reporting (monthly/quarterly/annual).
  • Effective utilisation of technology.
  • Capacity building; supporting data and information management.
  • Close coordination with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Administration and management.
  • Coordination, documentation and reporting.
  • Training reports, meeting reports, activity reports, day-to-day communications with stakeholders.
  • Travel within the region/states as needed.
  • Reporting to the Team Lead – GFATM Grants and VP- Public Health Systems, PHFI.
Education and Experience
  • Essential Education: Master in Business Administration / Master’s Degree in Public Health / Health Administration / Social Science / Information Technology / Public Health or related field (graduation and/or post-graduation).
  • Essential Experience: At least 3 years of experience in health projects; proven track record of professional, timely, and high-quality assignments in the health sector.
Remuneration and Terms

Consultancy fee will commensurate with available skills and fitment of the incumbent as per the selection process.
