  • Drive the success of projects in a versatile, and highly integrated team that works in tandem from design to completion, while ensuring safety, quality, and hitting ambitious goals.
  • Navigate change/scope creep and solve technical challenges on site, always balancing costs, schedules, and people.
Your profile...
  • 3+ years of construction experience.
  • Experience in mechanical and electrical construction and working with Ontario authorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), and negotiating skills in English.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, resilience and determination.
  • Quick critical thinking ability under pressure.
  • Top-notch organizational skills.
What Ecosystem offers...
  • High talent density organization in a rock-solid business environment.

  • Industry-leading health and safety practices.
  • Internal technical training and mentorship opportunities.
  • Competitive salary reviewed annually.
  • Mileage and meals covered on-site.
  • Generous paid time off package starting with 6 weeks per year (3 weeks of vacation per year, 5 personal days, office closure between Dec 25 and Jan 1 and 10 statutory holidays).
  • Complete Group Insurance offer (health, visual, dental, life insurance, AD&D) with employer contribution of 60%.
  • Easy access to health and support through Telemedicine and Employee Assistance Program.
  • Employer contribution to Retirement Savings Plan.
  • More than a working tool, cell phones are provided for professional and personal use.
  • Reimbursement program for external training and access to French and English group courses.
  • Options for sabbaticals, part-time work arrangements, and time-off for personal projects.
  • All-inclusive annual company-wide gathering celebrating our people and culture in style.
