A leading home care agency in Ontario is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to conduct patient assessments and provide medication support. We are seeking an RPN for The Elden in Bradford. Shifts vary on weekdays and weekends. We are looking for casual staff that can commit to ongoing shifts and pick up additional shifts with other clients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meeting the Standards of the College of Nurses of Ontario at all times
• All other duties, as assigned

Qualifications

• Current certificate of competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Valid First Aid/CPR certificate
• Vulnerable sector check within last 6 months and 2 satisfactory professional references
• Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions
• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
• Effective time management skills to work under specified time constraints and in accordance with job routines, while observing policies and procedures as well as applicable work standards and safety regulations
