Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SBA, Commercial Specialist to join our Expert team supporting the U.S. market from our Montreal office. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with our teams of consultants and subject matter experts to drive business development efforts and support the growth of Leadership Advisory relationships across industries. Key responsibilities include generating business development materials, conducting market research, managing project workflows, and maintaining knowledge assets. As a core member of the U.S. Commercial Center of Excellence, you will provide strategic insights and client engagement support to help deliver impactful human capital solutions.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities. This role reports primarily to the Head of the U.S. Commercial Center of Excellence, with additional reporting to both the Research Leader and Managing Partner for Leadership Advisory Services in the U.S.

The Leadership Advisory community works closely with some of the world’s most respected boards, C-suites, and individual executives globally and maintains close ties within multiple industries and geographies. As a trusted adviser to top executives, the Practice assists clients across sectors and functions to assess, develop, and transform the most prominent teams and individuals within organizations. The Commercial Specialist should bring relevant experience—or a strong interest—in engaging with senior executives and supporting business development at the highest levels. This includes creating materials, tools, and processes that enable consultants to expand and deepen client relationships through Leadership Advisory Services. Success in this role requires a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to sharing ideas, asking questions, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Dans le cadre de ce rôle dynamique, vous collaborerez avec nos équipes de consultants et d’experts en la matière pour stimuler les efforts de prospection de clientèle et soutenir la croissance des relations avec les conseillers en leadership dans l’ensemble des secteurs d’activité. Les principales responsabilités comprennent la production de documents pour la prospection de clientèle, la réalisation d’études de marché, la gestion des flux de travail des projets et la tenue à jour des connaissances. En tant que membre du centre d’excellence commercial américain, vous offrirez de l’information stratégique et du soutien en matière de mobilisation de la clientèle afin d’aider à fournir des solutions efficaces concernant le capital humain.
La personne idéale possède d’excellentes compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes et est apte à gérer des priorités multiples. Le poste relève principalement du directeur ou de la directrice du centre d’excellence commercial, et plus particulièrement de la personne responsable de la recherche et de l’associé(e) directeur(rice) des services consultatifs en leadership aux États-Unis.
Présentation et résumé des fonctions du Groupe
La communauté des conseillers en leadership collabore étroitement avec certains conseils d’administration, directions générales et cadres supérieurs les plus respectés à l’échelle mondiale et entretient des liens serrés avec de nombreux secteurs d’activité et zones géographiques. En tant que conseiller de confiance des cadres supérieurs, le cabinet aide les clients dans l’ensemble des secteurs et des fonctions à évaluer, à perfectionner et à transformer les équipes et les personnes les plus influentes au sein des organisations. Le ou la spécialiste commercial(e) doit posséder une expérience pertinente ou manifester un intérêt marqué dans les interactions avec les cadres supérieurs et le soutien à la prospection de clientèle au plus haut niveau. Son rôle consiste notamment à créer des documents, des outils et des processus qui permettent aux consultants d’élargir et d’approfondir les relations avec les clients par l’entremise des services consultatifs en leadership. Pour réussir dans ce rôle, la personne doit faire preuve d’un esprit de collaboration et adopter une approche proactive pour partager des idées, poser des questions et contribuer à une culture de l’amélioration continue.
