About the opportunityThe Project Coordinator/Assistant Project Managerwill support the delivery of of mixed use commercial construction. Working closely with the Senior PM and mid-level PMs, this role focuses on document control, scope tracking, and stakeholder coordination as the project progresses through the final phases.

About the positionYou’ll play a key role in managing RFIs, reviewing submittals, and tracking construction progress through walkthroughs and consultant/trade engagement. This position requires an individual who is highly organized, communicative, and confident in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of a large mixed-use construction projects
• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors on outstanding scopes and design issues
• Manage and track RFIs, submittals, drawings, and specification reviews
• Conduct site walkthroughs to assist with progress tracking and quality assurance
• Assist in resolving construction issues through collaboration with field and office teams
• Help document and support project turnover and closeout processes

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator or APM role within commercial or mixed-use construction
• Proven ability to support mid-project takeovers or complex project coordination
• Experience with drawing reviews, consultant coordination, and document management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
