Day to Day

Our Commercial Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the Salesforce Customer 360 platform. They build positive, trusted relationships with key team members and C-suite decision makers, helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments. You will develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.

Responsibilities
  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
  • Develop and execute the long-term account strategy aligned with customer business objectives
  • Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer needs
  • Perform account planning at assigned accounts, ensuring strategic alignment with Prime and Cloud sales resources
  • Communicate Salesforce value proposition to existing and new customers
  • Drive growth within assigned accounts
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in the field
  • Experience managing existing accounts to drive upsell/cross-sell or focusing on new logo acquisition (Hunter role)
  • Ability to build and deliver customer presentations
  • Ability to strategize with extended teams
  • Experience evaluated based on core role competencies, including extracurricular leadership, military service, volunteer roles, or work experience
