This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Specialist - Spanish Speaking at our Toronto, ON location. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing accounts to recover outstanding debts, communicating with debtors in both English and Spanish, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role includes working closely with customers to resolve payment issues, fostering positive relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Experience and knowledge in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processes Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including proficiency in Spanish and English Basic understanding of Finance and accounts receivable management Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in using relevant software systems is an asset Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a collections or related role is preferred
