A financial services organization in Ottawa is seeking a Cloud Ops Administrator to manage and support cloud services for North American customers. Responsibilities include configuring and optimizing cloud instances, implementing security measures, and ensuring high availability. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 4-7 years of related experience, particularly in cloud operations and system administration. This role requires fluency in English and eligibility for Government of Canada Secret clearance. On-call rotation and travel are expected.

As a Cloud Ops Administrator you will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and managing the cloud instances of CBN solutions for our North American customers. In this position you will manage and provide ongoing support to ensure they remain highly available, reliable, and secure.
