The opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Cloud Engineering, we are hiring a Cloud Engineer to support the design, build, and continuous evolution of our infrastructure and cloud services. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of both cloud and on-premise systems across the organization.
You will lead infrastructure alignment efforts across new and existing acquisitions, upgrading systems to meet evolving business needs for performance, availability, security, and scalability. Your work will directly support WELL’s mission to deliver world-class digital healthcare experiences.
This is a remote position with flexible hours required to support our business units across multiple time zones.

You are a solution-oriented cloud infrastructure engineer who combines deep technical expertise with a pragmatic, service-first mindset. You thrive in complex environments, navigating on-premise and multi-cloud infrastructures, and take pride in delivering resilient, secure, and scalable systems.
