Clinical Supervisor – Continuing Care Assistant Program
Responsibilities:
To provide Clinical Supervision of students of the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Continuing Care Assistant Certificate program in January 2026. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for on-site monitoring and evaluation of student progress during midterm and final evaluations, and they will provide students with feedback and guidance.
Qualifications:
Candidate must be a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with a degree in Nursing Education or related subject area or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Must be eligible for registration (active status) with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association or the Registered Psychiatric Nurses’ Association of Saskatchewan. Two (2) years recent/relevant work experience that must include experience in gerontology, home care and special care. Requires up-to-date TLR, First Aid & CPR C with AED, PART, N95 Fit testing, and WHMIS. Experience in adult education and instruction, good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work with people from various equity groups are required. Experience in long-term care is an asset.
Remuneration: GDI Faculty 2 wage grid
Location: Saskatoon, SK.
Term: January 5-9, 12- 16, 19-23, 26-28, 2026
