Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist (Non-Dispensing) to join our team at Sandstone Pharmacies Carry Drive in Medicine Hat, Alberta.

Patient Focused Care Responsibilities
  • Advance patient care beyond traditional dispensing, through collaborative drug therapy management and innovative clinical initiatives
  • Review patient records to assess the appropriateness of medication therapy
  • Identify health conditions that require attention and refer patients to the appropriate healthcare provider
  • Provide expert consultation on medication dosages, substances, and administration
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of pharmaceutical treatments and adjust as necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of medication plans and patient progress
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively
Qualifications
  • APA Certification required
  • Injection certification is required
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacist
  • Familiarity with Alberta Pharmacy Professional Services Framework
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills required, with comfort in frequent phone interactions
