A local government entity is seeking a Client Services Representative (PPT) to provide exceptional customer service and assist the public with inquiries regarding city programs and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing registrations and payments, maintaining excellent communication with residents, and ensuring high standards of service. Hours: A minimum of 4 hours up to a maximum of 35 hours per week, on a schedule to be determined by the department, between the hours of 5:45 AM and 11:00 PM, Monday through Sunday

Reporting to the Client Services Coordinator, the Client Services Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service on behalf of the Community Services Department. This role involves assisting the public with information and registration for City programs and services, while also addressing general inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Additionally, the CSR handles daily revenue processing and offers clerical support to the department.
