Our Client Service Team operates 365 days per year, with consistent schedules including day shifts and an evening/weekend rotation.

What you’ll do:

  • Assign client visits to nurses and home support workers, considering geography, client needs, and care continuity, following collective agreement guidelines and planning procedures
  • Handle daily activities such as processing referrals, responding to inquiries from clients and providers, scheduling changes, and administrative duties
  • Collaborate with team members and management to ensure adequate staffing and quality care, including forecasting weekly staffing needs
  • Support clients, nurses, and support workers to ensure delivery of quality care
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, meeting scheduling deadlines
  • Protect confidential information related to clients, staff, and operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

What you need:

  • High School Diploma required; University/College education preferred
  • Office Administration or Medical Terminology certificates, or equivalent experience, are assets
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, faxing software, and databases
  • Experience in logistics or scheduling, familiarity with scheduling software like Alayacare, and healthcare experience are assets
  • Customer service experience, especially in contact centers, and unionized environments are assets
  • A satisfactory Criminal Records Check is required upon employment
  • Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required

Working conditions involve detailed-oriented tasks in a dynamic environment, including physical activities such as lifting, bending, reaching, and walking. Tasks may require fine hand movements and climbing stairs throughout the day.
