Goldstar Cleaning Services, a leader in professional cleaning with 20 years of excellence in the Elk Valley region, is seeking a dedicated Client Relations and Sales Coordinator. Within our existing operations, we are looking to enhance our team with a focused individual passionate about fostering strong customer relationships and driving growth through sales in our home services division. This desk-based role is designed for the individual who thrives in a small office setting, is motivated by the customer experience and sales growth, efficiently handles daily administrative and operational tasks, and has a talent for managing communications with professionalism, precision and humour – key elements contributing to the team’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact point for all residential client interactions, managing inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups with the highest level of service excellence.
  • Drive sales by understanding client needs and offering customized cleaning solutions, contributing to the growth of our home services division.
  • Efficiently coordinate and schedule services, ensuring optimal satisfaction for clients and streamlined operations for our team.
  • Manage daily office duties, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring a well-maintained and welcoming office environment.
  • Handle all phone and email communications, responding in a timely, professional manner to maintain our standard of excellence and reliability.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry in our CRM system, ensuring detail-oriented management of client information and interactions.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within a service-oriented industry, with a strong foundation in office administration.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage detailed information accurately and efficiently.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM systems, with a high level of accuracy in data entry and management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage office responsibilities, including daily operations and maintenance tasks, with a keen eye for detail.

Compensation:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with a commitment to maintaining a balance between professional and personal life through bi-weekly earned days off.
  • Hourly wage: $22 – $25, reflective of experience and capabilities, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
