About The Role

Our ideal Client Care / Receptionist builds positive client relationships by displaying genuine care and compassion towards clients and their pets, being respectful in all interactions, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include greeting and checking-in clients, receiving calls, screening calls, booking appointments, taking detailed messages, providing non-medical information, and performing administrative tasks such as mail handling, drafting memos, and completing reports. Experience in client care reception and veterinary assistant skills are assets. The role requires covering emergency call shifts approximately once every 6 weeks.
