The Child, Youth, & Family Program Developer plays a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing Child, Youth & Family programming across YMCA BC. This position is responsible for developing and implementing innovative programs that align with organizational goals, promote community well-being, and meet the evolving needs of members. Working closely with Child, Youth & Family supervisors and staff, the incumbent provides guidance, support, and feedback to ensure consistent, high-quality program delivery. In collaboration with senior management, the Child, Youth, & Family Program Developer contributes to strategic initiatives aimed at increasing membership engagement and growth. The role requires a strong understanding of program development, team dynamics, and member-centered service delivery.
