Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Medical Degree (MD) and Fellowship in the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC) in Psychiatry.
• Registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario is required.
• Completion of 2 years’ training or experience in child/adolescent psychiatry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to diagnose mental health disorders.
• Manage patients through the continuum of hospital care.
• Order treatments and consult with other physicians.

Education
