Qualifications

• 3-5 years of previous culinary experience preferably within a Hotel / Resort environment.
• Production and Banquet experience is preferred.
• Working towards a culinary diploma.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for food preparation and delivery on assigned station.
• Supervise all cooks in absence of the Sous Chef.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
