Job Description
  • Execute prep and service for your station with precision, consistency, and a focus on high-volume production without sacrificing quality
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with recipe specifications and presentation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Support food service, often simultaneously, with flexibility and efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to coordinate timing, special requests, and service flow
  • Participate in the setup and breakdown of kitchen areas for events of varying size and complexity
  • Assist in training junior team members and maintaining a collaborative kitchen culture
  • Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
  • Demonstrate initiative and a proactive attitude during service and prep
  • Adapt quickly to last-minute changes or requests common in the event environment
Qualifications

  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event bookings
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
