Change Management Lead (ERP Transformation)
Location: Mississauga, ON
Employment Type: Office, Salaried, Full-Time
Job Functions: Planning, Communication, Training
Industry: Building Envelope
Reporting to the SVP, HR & Leadership Development, you’ll take a lead role in one of Flynn’s most important enterprise initiatives: our ERP transformation. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how the organization works — and to ensure our people are supported, prepared, and confident every step of the way.
This role is all about the people side of change. You’ll design and drive a practical, end-to-end change strategy that helps leaders lead, teams adopt new ways of working, and the business realize the full value of the ERP investment. If you thrive in complex environments, love building alignment, and know how to turn uncertainty into momentum, you’ll feel right at home here.
Change Strategy, Planning & Delivery:
Develop and lead a comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy and plan for the ERP program.
Build an integrated approach across the full change lifecycle: impact assessment, readiness, stakeholder strategy, communications, enablement, training, and benefits realization.
Quickly understand and translate ERP business and IT objectives into clear change priorities and adoption actions.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communications:
Be a highly visible, trusted advisor and coach to functional leaders, technical leads, business process owners, vendors, and a network of change champions.
Create tailored change plans that address role‑specific impacts, anticipate resistance, and accelerate adoption.
Partner with key stakeholders to ensure messaging is timely, clear, and compelling — and that it lands with employees in a meaningful way.
Learning & Capability Development:
Partner with L&D and business stakeholders to identify readiness gaps and change capability needs.
Co‑design targeted enablement and learning solutions that build confidence and competence across impacted teams.
Measurement, Insights & Standards:
Create dashboards and reporting tools to monitor adoption, readiness, engagement, and effectiveness.
Use insights to continuously improve change plans, remove barriers, and strengthen outcomes.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master’s degree and/or change certification (e.g., Prosci) is an asset.
7+ years of proven success leading change management on large projects in medium to large organizations.
Strong stakeholder leadership skills — able to influence at all levels and build genuine partnerships across functions.
Strong analytical capability, including experience developing dashboards, metrics, and adoption insights.
Consulting background, transformation program management experience, or similar discipline is considered an asset.
You’ll join a team that values practical leadership, real collaboration, and building capability for the long term. This role gives you the runway to make a lasting mark — not only on a major system implementation, but on how change is led across the organization.
If you want work that matters, with people who care about doing it well — this is it.
