We are seeking a Change and Deployment Manager who will oversee the implementation and management of change processes within the organization to ensure seamless deployment of new systems and updates. With a focus on Linux and DevOps methodologies the role requires a strategic approach to optimize operational efficiency.

In This Role, You Will
  • Manage the end-to-end change and deployment processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions to operations.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in the deployment process.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for change management procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Use Linux and DevOps methodologies to streamline deployment processes and enhance system performance.
  • Coordinate with collaborators to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze deployment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure successful deployment outcomes.
  • Ensure all deployments are conducted in accordance with established protocols and standards.
  • Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities in deployment strategies.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues during deployment.
  • Oversee the testing and validation of new systems prior to deployment to ensure functionality and reliability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize change management and deployment processes.
