• Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safe and proper techniques are used
• Monitor and record vital signs, and report any changes in the client’s condition to the supervising nurse
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in the client’s home
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders as needed
• Follow the care plan outlined by the supervising nurse to meet each client’s specific needs

Qualifications

• Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Nursing Assistant (CNA)
