As the Category Marketing Manager, you’ll shape the playbook for your categories- turning consumer insight into 4P plans across product assortment, pricing, promotion, and placement, including innovation and planogram development. You’ll mine consumer, POS, loyalty and space data, distill complexity into can’t say no stories, and rally Brand, Sales Planning, Culinary, Supply Chain, and Store Operations to unlock sustained growth in your categories. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, scrappy, trend-obsessed storyteller who is passionate about food, creative to the core, and ready to make ideas real for Canadian families.
