• Graduation from a recognized two-year program in Food Service and Nutrition Management.
• One year's recent, related experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Valid Food Safe Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Plans menus and develops recipes according to dietary needs.
• Estimates food requirements and orders supplies.
• Visits patients to obtain diet-related information.
