Qualifications

• 3+ years of design experience with shipped games, preferably in casual/mobile.
• Experience with systems and gameplay design in F2P or casual games.
• Passion for making games and understanding the casual market.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve milestone submissions from external partner studios.
• Plan and run playtests to validate hypotheses and gather feedback.
• Work with relevant disciplines to align on game vision.
