Job summary

A leading engineering and maintenance provider in Bridgewater is seeking a Care and Maintenance Lead to manage and oversee maintenance activities on site. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in asset preservation within regulated environments, along with relevant engineering qualifications. This permanent position offers a structured schedule with 38 hours per week, ensuring compliance with industry standards and providing an essential role in operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in care & maintenance, quality, or asset preservation in regulated environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing cleanliness controls in accordance with RCC-M or similar standards.
• Strong background in coordinating activities involving QA/QC and construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee care and maintenance activities for all systems and components.
• Ensure compliance with RCC-M F6000 and other contractual requirements.
• Manage inspection, preservation, and maintenance frequencies of components.

Previous experience in care & maintenance

Quality assurance

Asset preservation in regulated environments

Education

Engineering or Technical qualification (HNC or above preferred)
