About the Role
We are seeking adriven, results-oriented Sales Managerto lead and expand our presence across Western Canada. This role is ideal for ahunter-style salespersonwith strong leadership/management skills, proven experience in theoil & gas industry, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
You’ll oversee business development efforts, manage and mentor the Canadian sales team, and directly engage with customers on theproduction and facilitiesside of upstream and midstream operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute astrategic sales planto drive revenue growth across Western Canada.
  • Manage, lead, coach, and support theCanadian field sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Activelyprospect, identify, and close new businessopportunities in the oil & gas sector.
  • Drivecorporate business development in Calgaryby building strategic relationships with engineers and procurement professionals, initiating meetings and presentations, and identifying partnership opportunities to address technical and purchasing needs in the oil & gas sector.
  • Leverage your existingO&G production and facilities networkto accelerate growth and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with technical specialists to deliver customized solutions for client needs.
  • Travel across Alberta, BC, and Saskatchewan tosupport, manage and mentor field account managers, attend customer meetings, and maintain strong regional customer relationships.
  • Manage the field sales team to provide and then compile detailedsales forecasts, reports, and pipeline managementto senior leadership.
  • Represent the company atindustry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hunter mentalitywith a proven track record ofdriving new business.
  • Minimum5+ years of B2B sales experiencein theoil & gas industry(production, facilities, or chemical treatment preferred).
  • Sales Management experience, including coaching and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness and ability totravel across Western Canadaas required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Well-establishednetwork within the Canadian O&G production and facilities community.
