Position Summary

What you’ll do

• Assists in providing direction and coordination of Overnight Stocking as per priorities from the Overnight Assistant Manager and the Daytime Management Team.
• Assesses the overall presentation of merchandise and the appearance of the store, notes deficiencies for corrective action, and executes merchandising display changes where required.
• Ensures that defective merchandise is taken to claims room.
• General responsibility for store safety and security in the absence of the Overnight Assistant Manager; manages accidents that occur during the overnight shift in the absence of the Overnight Assistant Manager.
• Inspects premises of assigned areas within the store to ensure adequate security and compliance of physical facilities.
• Participates in training and development of Overnight Associates to achieve production results.
