ACCEC is pleased to invite applications for the Boardroom Bound Chartered Director (C.Dir.) Program, delivered in partnership with McMaster University’s Directors' College. This prestigious program is designed for:

  • Current board members
  • Senior executives preparing for board service
  • Professionals who work closely with boards of directors
  • Emerging Leaders (Under 35)

Ideal participants bring senior-level or executive experience and hold a university degree. All applicants will be assessed individually for suitability.

Program Overview
  • Part‑time format, typically three consecutive days per month
  • Program duration: 18 months
  • First cohort runs January–June (ongoing annual programming)
  • Participants will gain comprehensive governance education aligned with best practices in board leadership

Further program details will be shared during the shortlisting interview phase.
