Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years in bylaw services or related enforcement environment.
  • At least two years developing/facilitating training.
  • At least one year supervising a team.
  • Diploma in related field required.
  • Certification in Adult Learning and Education is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee training initiatives for staff.
  • Design onboarding programs for new Bylaw Officers.
  • Mentor and provide training direction to team members.
  • Manage training logistics and documentation.
  • Collaborate on specialized trainings and maintain certifications.
