Titan Consulting is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will promote Titan Consulting and develop relationships with clients ranging from startups to enterprise companies through prospecting and qualifying leads via phone, email, and text outreach.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

  • Conduct high-volume prospecting via phone, text, and email outreach.
  • Identify and acquire new client accounts through networking, cold calls, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and addressing recruitment gaps.
  • Work towards achieving sales targets and contribute to Titan’s goals by leveraging our specialization in technology and partnerships.
  • Accurately record and track all sales activities in Bullhorn.

Qualifications :

  • University Degree or College Degree / Diploma.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience.
  • Self-sufficient and well-organized.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation, as this is a fully onsite role.
