Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis & Account Mapping: Identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and map target accounts within the academic sector.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Generate interest and secure qualified meetings for the sales team through various outbound efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn engagement, to create qualified opportunities for the sales funnel.
  • Value Proposition Communication: Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of Keel Mind to prospective clients, demonstrating how the product addresses their specific needs.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to strategize and optimize outreach campaigns, refine messaging, and establish lead qualification criteria.
  • Data Management: Implement and consistently uphold best practices for CRM hygiene, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Quota Attainment: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPI’s for booked qualified meetings and pipeline contribution.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and product updates to effectively communicate value to prospects.
  • Office Presence: Ability to work a minimum of X days per week from the Toronto office.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of Business Development experience, including cold outreach role
