A leading cloud ERP provider is seeking a Business Development Operations Lead to enhance best practices across international operations. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in business development or sales, excellent English communication skills, and familiarity with technology tools such as SalesLoft and 6Sense. How will you contribute to success?
Given the high impact on performance through best practice adoption and execution across our maturing GTM technology stack, we seek a Business Development Operations Lead to join our leadership team to own & orchestrate this across our international operations. Reporting to Renske Van De Poll, Snr Manager, Business Development.
You will be responsible and accountable for;
Driving BD adoption, aligned with recognized best practices and enablement across Drift and 6Sense, while liaising with Business Development Leadership and Demand Generation teams.
Orchestrating BD content creation for outreach, ensuring continual alignment with Business Development Leadership, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing, utilizing performance analytics from tools such as SalesLoft and Marketo.
Managing the operational relationship between SalesLoft and Unit4, maximizing the use and functionality of SalesLoft across the BD team.
Owning, reviewing, and analyzing BD KPIs and outreach performance metrics in SalesLoft.
Enablement: Responsible for orchestrating onboarding and ongoing enablement in collaboration with our Global Sales Enablement Manager.
