Your mission at GardaWorld

Develop partnerships internally and with other companies (suppliers and clients). Create profitable business models. Ensure compliance with the company's strategic planning in seeking new business related to Cash Automation. Stay updated on new product development and market measurement tools (e.g., Design Thinking, BMG, TAM-SAM-SOM).

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Monitor the behavior of the value chain in markets where Garda operates to identify new solution opportunities;
  2. Identify market needs to generate action opportunities and develop new solutions through visits and/or contact with customers (Fact-Finding Process);
  3. Identify existing solutions in GardaWorld's business units in other countries related to Cash Automation that add value and can be implemented in Canada;
  4. Maintain relationships with customers and potential customers, with or without support from the commercial area, to understand their needs and develop new solutions;
  5. Develop a Business Plan for new opportunities and solutions using the most appropriate methodologies;
  6. Monitor the implementation of new solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and meet expectations;
  7. Work with the commercial team to support sales with Market Research, Data Analysis, and Marketing A/B testing;
  8. Prepare Fact-Finding presentations of Proposals and ROI’s (consultative sales approach);
  9. Maintain ongoing contact and alignment with commercial and operational areas to stay informed about capabilities and knowledge;
  10. Participate in team and client meetings, collaborating with Legal, Finance, Operations, and other departments;
  11. Assist in preparing budgets for solutions under their responsibility or developed in the New Business area.
