A notable insurance company in Cambridge is seeking a Business Development team member to drive the growth of Group Home and Auto programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing groups. Strong communication and sales skills are essential. What You Will Do
This individual will be a key contributor to Cowan’s growth strategy and its strong sales culture, through the prospecting of new Group Home and Auto programs including managing relationships with existing groups. They will provide exceptional insurance advice to program sponsors and work with Marketing to develop marketing strategies including execution.
