Position Responsibilities:

- Plan for success: Contribute to the annual territory business plan and help execute it.
- Be the go-to resource: Prepare reports, fund proposals, and provide guidance on policies and regulations.
- Own the details: Schedule meetings, manage budgets, and coordinate weekly team sessions.
- Lead events: From planning to execution, organize impactful advisor and industry events.
- Drive marketing: Manage email campaigns, track results, and keep communication flowing.
- Collaborate: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external partners.
Required Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities with ease.
- You’re a problem solver, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- You communicate clearly, work well in a team, and stay cool under pressure.
- A passion for learning and growing in the wealth management space.
- Bilingual (French & English) is required - The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CSC or IFIC certification (an asset).
- Experience in mutual funds or financial planning (an asset).
- You’re tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, and ideally familiar with Salesforce and SAP Concur.
