Were looking for a service-minded problem solver who loves turning messy workflows into simple, scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Forms) and related Microsoft 365 tools, while maintaining data accuracy and consistency. Youll partner with business stakeholders, especially Finance and Operations, to design, build, and support digital processes that are easy to use, well-documented, and measurable.

Position Responsibilities

Heres what your day-to-day looks like :

  • Design, build, and maintain Power Apps (canvas and / or model-driven) and Power Automate flows that streamline intake, approvals, notifications, and data capture across business functions.
  • Create and maintain Microsoft Forms and integrate them with SharePoint / Dataverse or SQL backends as appropriate.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, resilient, easy to support and follow best practices.
  • Map current and future-state processes with stakeholders; standardize procedures and embed controls.
  • Author clear SOPs / work instructions using our process structure so teams can self-serve and sustain the change.
  • Define KPIs for each process and build simple dashboards or exports for monitoring.
  • Operate with a customer-first mindset: manage an intake queue, set expectations, communicate status, and provide training and enablement materials.
  • Facilitate UAT, gather feedback, and iterate with end users.
  • Partner with Finance on basic accounting / finance processes and help digitize workflows.
  • Build checks, balances, and simple data validations to reduce manual errors.
  • Write basic SQL (SELECTs / joins / views) for data retrieval and light transformation; collaborate with IT for heavier integrations.
  • Triage and resolve production issues; maintain solution catalogs and dependency maps.
Job Requirements

Our ideal candidate has the following :

  • 35+ years in a business systems, process analyst, or similar role with hands-on Power Platform delivery (Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms).
  • Demonstrated service orientation and communication skills; clear, empathetic, and responsive with nontechnical users.
  • Strong process thinking: requirements elicitation, process mapping, control design, SOP authoring aligned to our Lindsay Business Management System structure.
  • Basic finance literacy and comfort with partnering with Finance on workflow design.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and permissioning fundamentals.
  • MSSQL (queries, views, stored proc basics), Dataverse, SharePoint Lists, and simple integration patterns.
  • Construction industry experience is an asset, and MSSQL skills are a niceto-have.
  • Construction knowledge preferred: Understanding of industry terminology, processes, and CCDC contracts.
